How we spent our New Years

We went to our good friends' lodge out past Minersville. It sits on 900 acres of land...and then is surrounded by BLM land. There are two herds of wild horses that frequent the area, and lots of Elk. The last time we were there, we ran right into a herd of elk while we were 4 wheelin...they are huge. We were closer than I would have liked to have been. It was 6 degrees at night, and 16 degrees during the day. But we had a lot of fun with all of us being young marrieds. We brought in the New Year by going out in that great 6 degree weather with our guns and shooting bunnies. ;-) I'll have to post more pics of the lodge some time. We go about twice a year. It's great, has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Lots of fun.
